Dr. Bradley Middaugh

Dr. Middaugh graduated from Wake Forest University and earned his doctorate at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has been in private practice as a Board Certified Optometrist since 1988 and founded The Fort Myers Eye Center in 1993.

Dr. Middaugh has served on the Lee County School Board as a member of the Health Care Advisory Panel and the Early Intervention Health Care Panel. He is also an active member of the Southwest Florida Optometric Association, the Florida Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association, and Above Board Chamber.

Dr. Middaugh and his wife, Meg enjoy raising their two boys. The family is very active in their church, Walk to Emmaus, Kairos Prison Ministry, and enjoy serving on medical mission teams. 

Recently Dr. Middaugh was interviewed on television regarding the medical missions to El Salvador.

Dr. Martinez is a Board Certified Optometrist who specializes in examination and diagnosis of eye diseases, vision conditions, testing for eyeglasses and contact lenses. Dr. Martinez cares about his patients and their eyesight. Our patients often describe him as patient, friendly and compassionate.

Dr. Martinez earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Virginia Tech University and his Doctorate of Optometry at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. He also completed a residency in Ocular Disease. Dr. Martinez is a member of the American Optometric Association, as well as the Florida and Southwest Florida associations. Born in Nicaragua, Dr. Martinez is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Martinez and his wife, Brooke, have two adorable daughters.
